iPad curriculum: iPad is a required course material. Online students pay a one-time $200 instructional materials fee prior to the start of classes. Fee does not apply to students who reside internationally or who provide their own iPad and required apps. Online students can keep their iPad upon completion of their degree.

State-approved program: Credits and degrees earned from colleges within the State of Florida that are licensed by the State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities do not automatically qualify an individual for a Florida Teaching Certificate. The established procedure requires the Florida Department of Education to review and recognize the credentials of the individual and the accreditation of the college granting the degrees prior to approving teacher certification.
