Earn Your Medical Assisting Diploma

Eligible new students enrolled by July 2024 could save up to $4K with the Medical Assisting Inspire Grant and earn their Medical Assisting Diploma for under $12K.

If you’ve got a mind for medicine and a heart for healing, our Medical Assisting Diploma program could be just the beginning of your healthcare career. Our program is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) at select campuses and focuses on direct patient care skills and administrative office skills to help you be career-ready in as few as 12 months.

Medical assistant jobs are projected to grow 16% between 2021 and 2031, much faster than average, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Not only do many of our campuses offer online and on-campus courses that fit into a busy working schedule, but these expert courses also help you develop the skills you need to embark on a career as a medical assistant. Feel prepared to take one of the industry standards in medical assisting certification, the CMA or RMA, and help make yourself more marketable within the medical community.

Opportunities to use relevant digital tools and virtual simulation labs will enhance your knowledge in clinic operations and procedures. You will gain experience by learning how to input confidential patient information into an electronic health record system (EHR) and practicing the correct process for hands-on clinical skills, such as phlebotomy and administering injections. You'll also build your experience and confidence demonstrating EKGs and obtaining vital signs. Our Medical Assisting program is as real as it gets—students are provided the opportunity, tools and guidance to ensure they are performing clinical skills correctly, safely and efficiently.

During your clinical externship, you will demonstrate the valuable skills and knowledge you’ve learned in the program. Develop on-the-job skills by performing medical assisting administrative duties and clinical skills. Start by shadowing a medical assistant, then transition to hands-on responsibilities under the supervision of a medical assistant.

Now is the time to make a change—get started on your future Medical Assisting Diploma today.
